For her 8th Birthday, Maddy got her first porcelain doll from Grandma Jani. Doesn't it look like her? And you'll never guess what the doll's name is...that's right, it's Madeline. Grandma Jani, you are amazing.
For her 10th Birthday, Emma got her ears pierced. She was so brave - no tears! She barely even flinched...although I did notice her squeezing Don's hand tighter on the second ear.

Wow, your girls are growing up!! I have a hard time imagining it when I only see them twice a year (but that will change soon).
I also have to say that I love all the pictures. It was fun to go through them and see all the fun your family has had in the past month and a half.
